I hope you have enjoyed viewing the pictures I have posted in 2018. The highlights for me have been a ‘lifetime first’ sighting of a Lesser Spotted Woodpecker in Wollaton Park (March) and clear views of a Green Woodpecker in the garden in snow (March), drought (July) and Autumn sunshine (October). This comes with my very best wishes for a Happy Christmas and an excellent New Year.
I’m trying to find the right word
To post with this shot of a bird
To wish Christmas cheer
And a Happy New Year
And I hope that the picture’s not blurred
Wonderful…a photo and a poem!!! Happy Christmas to you. A HUGE thank u for all the fantastic photos. Brenda XX
