In addition to the avocets featured in my last posting we observed many redshank and black tailed godwits as well as a single little ringed plover. These pictures are from Cley Marshes (Cley rhymes with spy).

Incidentally I saw two little ringed plovers at Attenborough this morning and they looked as if they were mating so we might see some little, little ringed plovers before too long.
